Brief hiatus in the JZP One Dress Test series to bring you some very exciting news.  Fabulous London-based milliner, Philip Treacy, is collaborating with Voltaire Diamonds on a line of engagement rings and bridal jewelry.  Now, I love headdresses, hats and turbans, and Philip Treacy is one of the greats, so I wait with bated breath to see what sculptural designs he comes up with.  If they are anything like his hats there will be plenty to SWOON over come Valentines’ Day 2013 when the line is scheduled to launch.
